What happens if my child is upset when I leave him/her?

You are more than welcome to wait in the reception area of the school, or in the staff room with tea and tissues! until your child has settled. We very much operate a "drop and go" policy as this, in the long run, shortens the separation anxiety.

Can I change my child's sessions?

You can change your child's sessions providing there are sessions free. Please complete a change of session form and give as much notice as possible.

Can my child come and visit?

Yes, we have an open afternoon for Explorers, Lions and Top Cats in the summer term for our September new starts.

Do parents have a say?

Very much so! We operate an open door policy and encourage parents to express their views, concerns and ideas. Parents are welcome to telephone, pop into the office or complete comment sheets located in reception.
