If you require a change of session for your child, you can use this form to submit your request. We will do our very best to offer you the sessions that you would like, however, we cannot make any guarantees as all places are subject to availability.

First, select the terms within which you wish to add or stop sessions.

Next, select "New" for a newly required session, or "Stop" to cancel an existing session, according to the day and session listed below.
